Dutch Apple Pie Bars


• ½ Cup CannaButter, at room temperature
• ¾ Cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 ½ Cup flour
• ¾ tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp apple pie spice
• 2 Cup apple pie filling


1. Whisk room temp butter until creamy; add sugar and beat well.

2. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Gradually stir in sifted dry ingredients.
3. Spread ¾ of dough in a lightly greased 8×11 inch baking pan.

4. Spread apple pie filling over dough. Spoon remaining dough over pie filling, spreading lightly. *Not all pie filling will be covered.
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
*Optional: top with toasted oats or caramel
