Ingredients:

Cake:

  • • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • • 1/2 cup canna butter
  • • 1/2 cup sugar
  • • 2 large eggs
  • • 1/2 cup milk
  • • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • • 1 1/2 cup diced peaches (fresh or frozen)

Topping:

  • • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • • 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease 9×13 cake pan.

2. In large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

3. In separate bowl use mixer to beat canna-butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Slowly add flower mixture and beat until smooth.

4. Fold in the peaches and pour into greased pan using rubber spatula.

5. Prepare Topping: In separate bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, and pecans until crumbly. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the batter.

6. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until done. Let cool for 15 minutes.
