The chronicles of Arbaaz Mir

One title that we are eagerly anticipating is the upcoming Assassin’s Creed installment of Chronicles: India. India has always resonated with many as a captivating backdrop for many films and video games alike. The engrossing culture lends itself well to the immersion factor required to captivate an audience and it look like Chronicles: India will not disappoint. The title follows the assassin, Arbaaz Mir through his 1841 exploits in Amritsar. Massive conflict is sparked between the Sikh Empire and the East India Trading company, finding Mir in the midst of the unfolding war. These events take place two years rolling the events found in the graphic novel Assassin’s Creed: Brahman, a wildly successful and popular narrative. Mir must recover the famed Koh-i-Noor diamond, a legendary Piece of Eden that once belonged to the brotherhood. The game is simply stunning. The visuals are engaging and you feel as though you are controlling the events in a graphic novel. The combat system is slick and intuitive, making for a very rewarding experience. And let’s not neglect one of the top, longstanding components of any Assassin’s title, the immersive story line and character arc. This is definitely a title you won’t want to miss!
